The hotchpotch canopy of plastic, burlap and many other materials provides essential shade for the days produce but it does not dull the riot of colour that hits you once your eyes have adjusted from the bright sun outside. At certain times of year such as this, it is extremely hot and even at seven in the morning this fellow's shirt was clinging to his back with sweat.
